Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery only if the product is damaged. To initiate a return:

Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly from our website.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
For exchanges, place a new order for the desired item and request a return authorization for the previous one.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. If you do not receive the refund within this period, please contact us at +91 9137602811.

Invalid Return Reasons

Change of mind: Returns due to personal preference will not be accepted.
Order commitment: Once an order is placed, the buyer enters a legally binding contract and must ensure they are ready to purchase.

If the order has already shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
